At Stay Cold Apparel, we want you to be completely satisfied with your gear. If your item isn't the right fit, you can return or exchange any unworn and unwashed merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and fix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated shipping carrier and keep your tracking number until your refund or exchange is processed.
